In pasture, on an ESE-facing slope. Circular area (dims. 23m N-S; 22m E-W) defined by earthen scarp (Wth 7.65m; H 1.65m) NW-NE and slight lip of bank (Wth 9m; int. H 0.85m; ext. H 0.3m) NE-NW. Interior slopes down gently to ESE with prevalent slope and is incorporated into rest of field as pasture. Standing stone (TS071-017001-) in interior off-centre to S. Second standing stone (TS071-055----) is located c. 45m to W, in adjacent field.
