In pasture, on a gentle E-facing slope. Roughly rectangular area (dims. 26m NW-SE; c. 37m NE-SW) adjoining N side of a graveyard (TS070-086001-). Defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3.05m; int. H 0.45m; ext. H 0.5m) to N and short return at the N end, W side. The remainder of the W side is levelled and is possibly a widened entrance. Scarp (Wth 1.6m; H 0.25m) defines the E side. The interior is under grass and tilts downslope to E with prevalent slope. Depicted as single line of hachures to N of graveyard on 1903-04 ed. OS 6-inch map. An enclosure (TS070-085----) is located immediately to the N. There are earthworks (TS070-086003-) to the E and SW of the graveyard.
