In pasture, on a gentle N-facing slope. Sub-circular/wedge shaped enclosure (dims. c. 41m N-S; c. 46m E-W) defined by low, gentle earthen scarp (Wth c. 6m; H c. 0.85m). Enclosed to W and S by linear scarp and NW-NE-SE by curving scarp (chord c. 53m). Remains of external fosse visible SW-W-N. Flanked by field boundary to S and W. Public road on exterior to S and disused track (to abandoned house) to W. Linear sides to S and W appear to be part of linear earthwork and extend on the same alignment beyond enclosing elements of enclosure in each case.
