In improved, gently undulating pasture, on a low rise. Good views in all directions and a ringfort (TS068-021----) is visible 1km to the SSW. The remains of an oval area (dims. 34m N-S; 28m E-W) are defined by traces of a shallow fosse (overall Wth 3.15m; basal Wth 0.55m; D 0.05m) from NW-N-NE and by a more obvious fosse (Wth 2.5m; D 0.15m) NE-E-SW. The interior has a gentle E-facing slope and is truncated by a field fence (long axis N-S) across the W sector. There are three small wind turbines within the N-sector of the monument. According to local information the monument was levelled during Land Project works in the 1960s.
