In level pasture, on gentle NE-facing slope. Slight visible surface trace of sub-rectangular area (dims. 48m NE-SW; 45m NW-SE) defined by traces of levelled bank to NE, SW and SE and a linear depression (Wth c. 4-5m; Dth c. 0.2m) to NE. Depicted on latest edition OS 6-inch map as same, but with bank intact to SE, SW and NW sides. Thomastown Castle (TS068-002----) c. 400m to N and enclosure (TS068-006----) c. 340m to S.
