In flood plain to S of stream. Oval mound (c. 11.5m N-S; c. 13m E-W; H c. 0.9m) is relatively conspicuous in otherwise level field. Centre of N side has slight depression. Mound is eroded on W side exposing dark brown gritty soil containing large quantity of small irregular heat-shattered stones. No obvious inclusions of charcoal. Partially covered in briars and whitethorn.
