In wet pasture, on a NW-facing slope. Circular area (dims. 21m N-S; 22m E-W) defined by scarp (Wth 1.5m; H 1.4m) which has been straightened (L16m) NNE-ESE. Remnants of low bank (Wth 4.55m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1.75m) ESE and S-SW. External fosse (Wth 6.9m; D 1.3m) is waterlogged W-NNW and there is a breach at N to allow water to exit downslope. Interior has a break of slope (Wth 1m; H 0.5m) across NW-sector and dense growth of briars is off-centre to NE. Field boundary depicted on latest edition OS 6-inch map flanking exterior of monument WSW-NNE has been removed W-NNW.
