In improved pasture, in level hollow of undulating field. Rectangular trivallate area (dims. 14m N-S; 18m E-W) defined by remains of an inner levelled bank (Wth 4.05m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.15m) which is best preserved at S (L 16m), but visible to E (L 16m) and W (L 13.5m). Possible remains of outer the edge of this bank along N-side of drain, but otherwise truncated by same. Inner fosse (basal Wth 1.2m; overall Wth 3.55m; D 0.2m) to E, S and W. Short length (8m) of middle bank (Wth 5.2m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.15m) and fosse (basal Wth 1m; overall Wth 3.5m; D 0.15m) at E. Short length (5m) of outer bank (Wth 3.9m; int. H 0.18m; ext. H 0.15m) and fosse (basal Wth 2m; overall Wth 4.9m; D 0.15m) at E. Interior slopes down to N and is featureless.
