In grassland atop a natural hilltop location, with good views in all directions. Situated in the centre of Lattin graveyard (TS066-044002-) are the possible wall-footings of the church, too vague for measurement but oriented E-W. Several architectural fragments, including two medieval window sills, have been used as grave-markers in the SW quadrant of the graveyard. The graveyard appears to have been cleaned up in the 1980s. According to the OS Letters from 1840, a small portion of the W gable of the church was all that survived (O'Flanagan 1930, vol. 1, 4). There is a holy well (TS066-04403-), known as Lady's well, 96m to the SW of the graveyard. The church, like the nearby holy well, may also have been dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary (O'Flanagan 1930, vol. 1, 4).
