In front of the principal entrance in the E gable of the RC church, mid-way between the doors. A stoup, consisting of bowl, shaft and base, is composed of a conglomeration of sandstone, granite and quartz. The bowl (dims. 0.32m x 0.42m; int. D 0.1m), with two luggs (Wth 0.14m each), is roughly shaped, not symmetrical. The shaft (L 0.3m) rests on a stepped base, beneath the cut step, which is c. 5cm deep, the base, 0.25m deep, is crudely finished. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of upload: 13 May 2014
