In pasture, on a gentle N-facing slope. The remains of an oval area (dims. 46m N-S; 40m E-W) defined by levelled scarp (Wth 1.2m; H 0.2m) and a fosse (basal Wth 0.75m; overall Wth 3.45m; D 0.2m) which is best preserved NW-E-SE. In the S quadrant the bank has been levelled to a scarp (Wth 2.1m; H 1.35m) and the fosse (basal Wth 0.5m; overall Wth 2.4m; D 0.7m) re-cut as drain where it is planted by hedgerow of a field boundary running E-W. The monument is incorporated into the field as pasture.
