In tillage, on a gentle SSE-facing slope. An oval area (dims. 34m E-W; 29m N-S) defined by scarp (Wth 1.7m; H 1.45m), which has a slight indent at the N, and a wide fosse (basal Wth 2.25m; overall Wth 4.75m; D 0.55m) which is best preserved NW-N-SW, albeit choked with vegetation around the S and N-arcs. The fosse is backfilled (Wth 4m) at W, where there is a causeway. The interior has a very gentle downslope to N and a slight rise within the NW and SW quadrants.
