In fallow tillage, on a N-facing slope. Depicted on 1903-04 edition OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure (overall diam. c. 56m) truncated by a field boundary running roughly N-S along the E edge and running roughly E-W along the S edge. The enclosure had been levelled when visited by Cahill (1982) in 1975. It is not visible at ground level.
