In pasture, on an ESE-facing slope. A rectangular area (dims. 62m E-W; 24m N-S) defined by a steep scarp (Wth 4.65m; H 2m) to S (L 54m) and a short return of low bank (L 20m; overall Wth 7.4m; Wth at top 2m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 1.2m) to W. Along the E side the bank (L 38m), though levelled, is tracebale whereas along the N side (L 64m) the edge is no longer definable except for a levelled length (L 4.5m) at the E end. There is a possible entrance (Wth c. 4m) on the S side toward the E end. The interior is gently undulating. A tackway runs roughly WNW-ESE c. 5m to the S.
