On level ground on W slope of hill, in pasture. Oval enclosure (diam. 47m N-S; 44.5m E-W) defined by a bank (Wth 3m; int. H 0.1m; ext. H 1.21m), flat-bottomed fosse (Wth 2.7m; D 0.86m) and outer bank (Wth 5.3m; ext. H 0.96m). The outer bank in the E quadrant has been removed and the inner bank incorporated in a roughly N-S field boundary. In the S quadrant the outer bank is incorporated in an E-W field boundary. Interior is relatively clean, though there is scrub and brambles in W portion. Gap (Wth 1.8m) in WNW through inner bank, the fosse and outer bank are not visible in this quadrant.
