What is recorded here

In undulating terrain on top of a low ridge at the NE angle of Railstown medieval settlement (TS061-126----). This structure (dims. 9m N-S; 8m E-W) is defined by scarp with a hollow (dims. at base 2.2m N-S; 2.7m N-S; at top 6.1m N-S; 4.5m E-W) at the W end. An earthen bank runs W from the W end, with a possible entrance gap (Wth 3.2m) adjacent to the structure. Another bank, denuded in places, runs S from the SE angle of the structure.
