In improved pasture, on an E-facing slope. Oval area (dims. c. 40m NW-SE; c. 35m NE-SW) defined by scarp (Wth 1.75m; H 1.45m) where seen clearly NW-SSW. Fosse (overall Wth 6.3m; basal Wth 3.4m; D 0.05m). Interior inaccessible due to dense overgrown, but has an obvious tilt downslope to E. Field boundary (Wth c. 2.5m; H 1.25m) encloses monument, forming an impenetrable barrier around it. Gap (Wth 3m) in scarp at E and corresponding gap (Wth 4.5m) in field boundary at E.
