In improved, lush pasture, on a W-facing slope. No visible surface trace. It is depicted on the 1st (1840) and 2nd (1952-54) ed. OS 6-inch map as an oval area (dims. c. 25m E-W; c. 20m N-S) defined by a bank and was drawn as such in a sketch plan and sections in 1954 (OS Field Memorandums). Scarp (long-axis c. N-S) to W, appears natural and follows contour of elevated area. Enclosure (TS061-105003-) is shown on 1840 OS 6-inch map abutting to S and enclosure (TS061-105002-) is depicted c. 15m to N.
