In small, greenfield area of farmyard which has been modified beyond recognition. This monument is depicted on the 1st (1840) and 2nd (1952-54) ed. OS 6-inch map as a circular area (map overall diam. c. 50m) defined by a bank and was drawn as such in a sketch plan and sections in 1954 (OS Field Memorandums). Monument presently defined by a scarp NE-SW which appears to be incorporated into field boundary. Field boundary overgrown and covered in fir trees SE-SSW. Truncated by modern farmyard to W and farm trackway to N. Interior level and raised above height of ground level to E and S.
