Lying in the choir of the cathedral (TS061-025003-) on the Rock of Cashel. A tapering slab (L 1.46m; Wth at top 0.59m; Wth at base 0.41m; T 0.06m), which is broken into three portions and is missing its base (Maher 1997, 72). The surface is very worn and only an incised cross-shaft is discernible (ibid.). There is an inscription in Lombardic script on the dexter and sinister sides of the slab and only a few letters are decipherable: ...V.O....IIT..T..... (ibid.). FitzGerald (1901-03, vol. 5, 439) records the slab as having Lombardic letters but does not give any transcription or translation.
