In lush pasture (silage), on a gentle S-facing slope. Low, circular mound (diam. 13m) defined by gentle scarp (Wth 2.8m; H 0.45m). Monument is generally levelled and is incorporated into field as pasture. Depicted on latest edition OS 6-inch map as roughly circular area coming to a finer point at S and named 'Grave Yd. (Disused)'. Evidence of stone beneath surface and some occasional loose stone above surface. Ballinaclogh Castle (TS060-040001-) is c. 500m to NNE.
