In improved, gently rolling pasture, on a high area. Enclosure visible on an aerial photograph (ASIAP (302) 18, 13-09-2002). It abuts enclosure (TS059-085----) to the N, though the aerial photograph suggests that the N enclosure may have surrounded the oval enclosure to the S. An oval area (dims. 40m E-W; 29m N-S) defined by scarp (Wth 2-4.35m; H 0.35-0.5m) and the remains of an outer fosse (Wth 7.5m; D 0.3m) N-ESE and at SW. The interior is generally level. Raised, sub-oval area (dims. 10m E-W; 8m N-S) within, abuts scarp at N and is defined by scarp (Wth 1m; H 0.45m) which is best preserved NNE-SW and is lower (Wth 1m; H 0.15m) SW-NNE. The interior is very uneven, with loose stones (c. L 0.15-0.2m) strewn within.
