In undulating pasture, on a SE-facing slope, overlooking fen to the E. A sub-oval area (dims. c. 42m NNW-SSE; c. 35m ENE-WSW) defined by scarp (Wth 1.4m; H 0.45m), fosse (overall Wth 4.65m; basal Wth 1.5m; D 0.35m) and external bank (overall Wth 5.95m; Wth at top 2m; int. H 0.35m; ext. H 1.75m) only clearly visible at E. Other very small areas are visible where only scarp is seen at S and NE. Otherwise exterior of bank is obscured by substantial piles of organic debris all around. The interior is completely overgrown with thorn and briar thickets and is inaccessible. A field boundary radiates from the E and a field boundary to the NW is gone.
