On top of a very slight rise in gently undulating improved pasture with a ditch-barrow (TS058-055001-) located 14m to the NE. Roughly circular slightly raised area (dims. 39m N-S; c. 36m E-W) defined by a low broad earthen scarped edge (overall Wth 5m; H 0.8m) with an external fosse (overall Wth 4.5m; D 0.2m). The scarped edge is very low and irregular NE-S and the fosse is not visible at ground level. The original entrance is not recognisable. The interior is level and clear of overgrowth.
