Within an enclosure (TS058-042005-) in the SW quadrant. The enclosure is located near the base of a slight N-facing slope in low-lying improved pasture. It is situated at the SE edge of a relic field system (TS058-042001-) with an enclosure (TS058-042003-) and ring-barrow (TS058-042004-) located 10m to the NW. Ovoid area (dims. 7.5m E-W; 4m N-S) defined by an earthen scarp (Wth 0.6m; H 0.15-0.2m) with a shallow fosse (Wth at base 0.6m) and an external earthen bank (overall Wth 1.4-1.9m; Wth at top 0.6-1.10m; int. H 0.15-0.3m; ext H 0.15m). From NE-SE the edge of the enclosing elements have been removed by a by a SSE-WNW flowing drain. From SE-SW the external bank overlies the scarp defining the enclosure within which the ring-barrow is located. The interior is level and clear of overgrowth.
