On a slight NNW-facing slope in tillage. Ringfort was bisected by a WNW-ESE orientated field bank and the N half has been removed. Semi-circular area (dims. 14m NNE-SSW; 26m WNW-ESE) enclosed by a steep earthen scarp (Wth 3m; H 1.6m) with an external steep-sided fosse (Wth at base 1m; overall Wth 5m; D 1.55m). From WNW-ESE the scarped edge and the fosse have been removed and a very slight irregular semi-circular rise shows the original extent of the ringfort. The original entrance is not recognisable. Interior slopes slightly facing NNE, undulates irregularly and is clear of overgrowth. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of upload: 26 August 2011

This remains an important historical record, but the official description says the monument is no longer visible or has been destroyed.
