In wet marshy land on a NW-facing slope off summit of hill top in upland region with good views to W and N but limited views to S. Barely visible outline preserved in circle of gorse bushes encircling a circular area (int. diam. 16m N-S; 17m E-W) intersected by a field boundary at S on an E-W axis. No other features visible. Indicated as a circular enclosure intersected by a field boundary at S on 1840 ed. OS 6-inch map but not indicated on the 1906 ed. OS 6-inch map.
