In grassland on slight NE-facing slope of ground in upland region with good views in all directions. Raised circular area (int. diam. 30m N-S; 25m E-W) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (base Wth 3m; top Wth 1.7m; int. H 0.6m; ext. H 1m) and outer fosse (base Wth 1m; top Wth 2.5m; ext. D 0.7-1m ) best preserved at S, possible causewayed entrance gap (Wth 2m) at NNW, bank is covered in trees and bushes, interior is open and accessible. Profiles of bank and fosse are very sharp and well preserved, however it is impossible to examine the bank or fosse in any detail as they are covered in trees and thorn bushes.
