What is recorded here

In grassland on flat pasture with good views in all directions. Poorly preserved monument consisting of a circular area (int. diam. 29m N-S; 30m E-W) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (top Wth 1.8m; base Wth 4m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.2m). Interior planted with whitethorn bushes with some evidence of slight quarrying. Small enclosing field boundary indicated on latest ed. OS 6-inch map has been removed. Slightly sunken waterlogged interior which is covered in protruding rocks, unusual for a ringfort, different morphologically from the surrounding ringforts.
