On a SE-facing slope just below summit of hilltop in upland are with good extensive views in all directions. In grassland, field immediately to N has been ploughed at time of visit. Ringfort (int. diam. 26m N-S; 30m E-W) adjoins a larger enclosure (TS053-029----) to the SE which is accessed via a causewayed entrance (Wth 6m) from the larger enclosure at SSE. This smaller ringfort is defined by an earth and stone bank (top Wth 1m; base Wth 2.5m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H0.5m) and outer fosse (top Wth 3m; base Wth 1.4m; ext. D 0.6m). Inner bank has been reduced to a scarp in places.
