On top of a low rise of ground in gently undulating countryside with a holy well (TS046-049----) c. 100m to the E. A long rectangular graveyard (int. dims. 50m N-S ; 150m E-W) enclosed by a rubble limestone wall of 19th-century date containing 18th and 19th-century memorials. There is a 19th-century C of I church at the W end of the graveyard. There is an earlier church (TS046-048001-) marked on the 1st (1840) ed. OS 6-inch map further to the E of C of I church, in the E end of the graveyard near the boundary wall of the present graveyard. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of upload: 26 August 2011
