Located on a NW-facing slope in rough pasture. The S half of a roughly circular enclosure is indicated on the 1st ed. (1843) OS 6-inch map with the N half formed by a townland boundary. The site is similarly marked on the 1952-3 ed. It is now levelled. An earthen field boundary (Wth 1.1m; H 0.6m) which is also a townland boundary kinks in to indicate the N portion of the site. The rest of the site is not visible at ground level.
