One of six graveslabs (TN047-030009-014) located on S side of cloister of Cistercian abbey (TN047-030001) at Holycross. Number 5 in D. Maher's catalogue of Medieval Grave Slabs of County Tipperary 1200 - 1600 A.D. for Holycross Abbey.
Lower portion of a broken tapered slab ( L 0.61m; Top Wth 0.30m; base Wth 0.27m; T 0.12m)with chamfered edge along the base, dexter and sinister sides, the lower portion is missing and the surface is worn and lichen covered. There is a crack running along the surface parallel to the cross-shaft. The surface is decorated with an outline cross-shaft which terminates in a trefoil base. No inscription or visible. Situated inside the S wall of the Cloister. Current location of grave slab unknown.
