Situated on a rise in gently undulating pastureland. A late seventeenth/early eighteenth-century house (TN040-010) in ruinous condition composed of randomly coursed limestone rubble with cut-stone window surrounds and quoins. The quoins are revealed beneath the rendering and show some evidence of drafting. The gable walls extend beyond the W crossing-wall indicating that this was a double-pile house or that a high bawn wall was attached to the W part of the house, as at Piedmont House, Co. Louth (Buckley and Sweetman 1991, 370).
