Situated on flat bogland. Excavation revealed two distinct trackways (TN036-050061, TN036-050062) built on the same alignment but about 300 years separate in date. This site was larger than structure 1 (TN036-050061) and consisted of a wooden track (L 40m; Wth 6.8m) orientated E-W and constructed with tightly packed transverse roundwoods sitting on a layer of brushwood transverses. A dendro-date of 161 BC +/- 9yrs was obtained from this track. (Stevens 1999, Killoran 226-2, 71-2)
