Situated on the W-facing slope of a low rise of ground with bogland tot he N and E. Nearby burnt mounds (TN036-050/014/015) lie 100m and 60m to the E respectively. A ploughed-out fulacht fia consisting of a large horseshoe-shaped spread (dims. 14.8m E-W x 5.7m N-S; D 0.24m) of fire-cracked stone and charcoal with a shallow, roughly circular depression (diam. 3.9m; D 0.33m) possibly indicating the presence of a trough area.
