Situated on a NNW-facing slope of rising ground in an upland area. A raised circular area (diam. 20m NE-SW) enclosed by a bank reduced to a scarp (H 1m) in most places with traces of a shallow fosse visible at SE only. There is a possible entrance gap (Wth 1m) at NE. A field fence intersects the site at SW on a NW-SE axis.
