Situated on high ground in an undulating upland area with a nearby ringfort (TN030-015) to the W. A raised circular area (diam. 33m N-S) enclosed by a poorly preserved earthen bank which is mainly reduced to a scarp (H 0.8m) with no evidence of an enclosing outer fosse or entrance feature (Stout 1984, 81-2).
