Situated on the lower NW-facing slope of a hill on a slight break in slope, in pasture. Depicted as a circular enclosure on the 1st ed. (1843) OS 6-inch map with a field boundary along the SW quadrant. On the 1904 ed. the NE quadrant of the site is not depicted. The site has been levelled with no visible trace surviving at ground level.
