Situated on flat poorly drained land in undulating countryside. A slightly raised circular area (diam. 25.5m E-W) enclosed by a poorly preserved bank (Wth 1.5m; ext. H 1.3m; int. H 0.4m) reduced to a scarp from S through W to N with traces of a shallow external fosse (Wth 1.5m; D 0.3m).
