Situated on a SW-facing slope of rising ground in an upland area with a deep ravine to the SW. A circular area (diam. 20m approx.) enclosed by an internal fosse (Wth 2.5m) and external bank (Wth 2.3m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.7m) with a possible entrance gap (Wth 3m) at NE. The SW sector of the site has been quarried and dense cover of vegetation on the site makes detailed examination impossible.
