Situated on a gentle E-facing slope in undulating terrain, in pasture. A roughly circular area (diam. c. 22m N-S; 25.5m E-W) defined by a denuded bank (Wth 2.8m; int. H 0.18m; ext. H 1.04m) and an outer fosse (Wth 1.6m; D 0.24) which has been narrowed as a result of ploughing close to the edge of the site. Possible entrance (Wth 2.7m) downslope at E. The interior slopes to the E with the natural incline.
