Situated on a ridge sloping gently SW, in pasture. Described as a 'ring-fort' in 1959 (OPW Correspondence, 1.4.59); this site is now levelled. All that remains is a curving rise (diam. c. 36.2m N-S). At W a slight depression suggests a former outer fosse.
