Situated on top of high ground in an upland area. The barely discernible outline of a destroyed enclosure consisting of a circular area (diam. 24m approx.) defined by a very low scarp best visible at NE with slight traces of an external fosse visible at NE only. The enclosing bank and external fosse survive as a field fence from E to S only. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary.
