Situated on natural rock outcrop which slopes steeply from S to W with a more gradual slope at N and E. A drystone wall (0.9m T; max. int. H 0.75m; max. ext. H 1.25m) retains the top of this hill (diam. 47.2m N-S; 56.6m E-W). It is more substantial where the external ground slope is gradual, though it has been robbed in the NE quadrant. The interior ground level rises towards the centre.
