Situated on flat pasture with a stream immediately to S. Barely discernible outline of a possible enclosure (c. 35m E-W; 23m N-S) visible only in places. Depicted as a square-shaped enclosure on the 1st ed. (1840) OS 6-inch map. Good location for a moated site with nearby stream to S.
