Not listed in either the SMR (1989) or RMP (1995). Not marked on any edition of the OS 6-inch map. On a steep WNW -facing slope in pasture. Roughly rectangular raised area (dims. c.14.5m NNE-SSW; 7.2m WNW-ESE). The ESE side is formed by a relatively modern, roughly-built drystone field boundary, aligned roughly NNE-SSW. The wall has a slight WNW-facing kink at it's SSW end. The remainder of the monument is positioned to the WNW of this wall and is defined by a broad scarp composed of earth and stone (Wth. c.2m - c.3m; H 0.2m- 0.55m). There are traces of a possible fosse (Wth. 1.2m; max. D 0.2m at the foot of the scarp. Scarp and fosse are best preserved on the SSW and WNW sides. This may be the remains of an animal pen of post-1700 AD date.
