In the interior of a cashel (SL040-15801-). Scant remains of two possible rectangular stone-built huts were noted during a previous site inspection in 1985, immediately to S and SW of the souterrain (SL040-158002-) (SMR (1989) file). The N hut measured 4m E-W x 2m N-S. No remains of these structures were evident during a subsequent site inspection in 2001. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Sligo' compiled by Ursula Egan, Elizabeth Byrne, Mary Sleeman with Sheila Ronan and Connie Murphy (Dublin Stationery Office, 2005).
