In pasture, on an E-facing slope overlooking Ballinafad Bay in Lough Arrow. A raised rectangular area (int. dims. 17m x 15m) enclosed by an earthen bank (Wth 2m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 2.1m). There are gaps (Wth 1.5m) in the N and E sides. According to local information, this enclosure was used as a children's burial ground (SL040-141001-). A church and graveyard (SL040-171001-, SL040-171002-) lie immediately to S, on the opposite side of the road.
