In the SW quadrant of Toomour graveyard (SL040-140004-). One of three cross-inscribed slabs (SL040-140005-; SL040-140010-) associated with the leacht cuimhne (SL040-140003-). A rectangular slab (0.47m x 0.32m; T 0.05m), on top of the leacht cuimhne, is incised with a double rectangular frame (there is a third line on one side) within which is a pattern of crossed lines described by Crawford (1913b, 165) as a 'combined cross and saltire'. O'Rorke ([1889] vol. 2, 213) recorded that this slab is known locally as the 'Altar-table' and some human bones were found under it following an exploration of the leacht cuimhne, instigated by Terence O'Rorke prior to 1889 (ibid., 214).
